- Account data: name, email, LinkedIn profile (candidates), work email (referrers)
- Profile data: skills, experience, company, resume (candidates)
- Referral requests, messages, status updates, and uploaded proofs
- Ratings and comments after completed referrals
How we use your data
We use your information to facilitate referral requests, verify referrer identities, send transactional emails about request updates, and improve platform trust.
Data sharing
Referrer profiles are public. Referral requests are visible only to the candidate and referrer involved. Resumes are shared with referrers only after a request is accepted.
