We use your information to facilitate referral requests, verify referrer identities, send transactional emails about request updates, and improve platform trust.

Data sharing

Referrer profiles are public. Referral requests are visible only to the candidate and referrer involved. Resumes are shared with referrers only after a request is accepted.

RefHire™ and the RefHire bird logo (stylized geometric bird design) are trademarks claimed by Ritesh Jangonda Patil.
