By using RefHire™, you agree to these terms. RefHire™ connects job seekers with professionals who may provide internal referrals — we do not guarantee employment outcomes.
User responsibilities
- Candidates must provide accurate profiles and resumes
- Referrers must use verified work emails and only refer in good faith
- No spam, harassment, or misleading requests
- Respect the 25 referral requests per month limit
Referrals are not guarantees
A referral request does not guarantee an interview or job offer. Referrers act independently within their companies' policies.
Trademarks and intellectual property
RefHire™ and the RefHire bird logo (stylized geometric bird design) are trademarks claimed by Ritesh Jangonda Patil. Trademark applications are pending before the Trade Marks Registry, Government of India (word mark and device mark, Classes 35 and 42). The ™ symbol indicates an unregistered trademark claim; the ® symbol may be used only after registration is granted. You may not use our trademarks, logos, or branding without prior written permission.
All other trademarks, service marks, and company names appearing on the platform are the property of their respective owners and are used for identification purposes only.
Account termination
We may suspend accounts that violate these terms or misuse the platform.
