By using RefHire, you agree to these terms. RefHire connects job seekers with professionals who may provide internal referrals — we do not guarantee employment outcomes.
User responsibilities
- Candidates must provide accurate profiles and resumes
- Referrers must use verified work emails and only refer in good faith
- No spam, harassment, or misleading requests
- Respect the 3 referral requests per day limit
Referrals are not guarantees
A referral request does not guarantee an interview or job offer. Referrers act independently within their companies' policies.
Account termination
We may suspend accounts that violate these terms or misuse the platform.
